TRULY speaking, an MLA should take the
oath in the local language. However, the
constitution has made provision for him to
take the oath in any of the languages
recognised by it and so should be allowed to
do so. Instead of opposing the demand to
take an oath in Hindi, the MNS should

Why We forget other “phool” on 02 October.
Whole nation have celebrated 02nd October. As normally it happens each media have just focused on our Mahatma Gandhiji, but they have not even listed name in a small space in the newspaper of other great personality of our country i.e. Lal Bahadur Shastri who shares his birthday with Gandhiji. One of the great respected politician, with short height but having high values & simple living style. His childhood was very miserable, but with his ethics, morality and devoted life to the nation, he had reached to the chair of PM. Though he was PM, but never expected the royal comforts, as today ‘s ministers have. He resigned from the Railway ministry, on account of big rail accident being moral responsible for the incident. Really, we missed such diamond, the ruling party have missed to remember him, may be because of that, as his surname was not Gandhi.

It is true that in spite the public holiday, citizens have not shown the interest in election. However, I would say that, it is not futile efforts by the Govt. for maximum voting, but at least, the efforts could manage to keep the spirits of the usual voters. The news glimpse have shown only usual alert celebrities, but other than these standard respected celebrities, other Bolywood celebrities have ignored this democratic festival. As far as Mumbai is concern, we cant compare the figure with 2004, as many of the voters had shifted to north Mumbai from south Mumbai, so the ratio definitely would be low for south Mumbai. Those who were available & wanted to vote they could not vote due to the negligence of EC and those who could vote, they have ignored because they were unavailable on their old resident. So briefly we can say that migrated people, have played small but villain type role in our democratic festival. I think, EC should have taken the help of MNS for the maximum voting, as their stand like i.e. either “vote de or Vat (go away) Le” from Mumbai or Maharashtra, irrespective of any caste whether Marathi or Non-Marathi.

Jab Basanti Ne Tanga Chhod Diya to Dhanno Kyo Khichegi
Dream girl Hema malini’s affection & care towards animals, especially for horse & bullocks can be appreciated. She appealed that not to use animal for pulling carts. She claims that for our little joy thru horse-cart, the horses have been paining themselves lot. I would like to remind her that truly speaking the horses have been used (or misused) in Bolywood and other wood too. We have seen in many movies that in fight or fire scene sequence while riding on Horse, the horses have to suffer more. Many horses have been gets injured. In her and Bolywood’s mega movie “Sholay” we can come to know that many horses had been used & definitely some of them must be injured. “Jab Dhanno Ghodi Hokar tanga Khinh Sakti hai to Basanti Kyo Nahin” but now “Jab Basanti Ne Tanga Chalan Chhod Diya to Dhanno Kyo Tanga Khichegi” In my view the dream girl should raised the finger & voice towards Bolywood first that “Ban on use of Animal”, as, it is her first known area, where she can apply her feelings & rule. We should pass mercy petition first
I don’t know much about the other countries, but in our country it is very difficult to punish any criminal. On one hand, our security force tries to capture the anti-social elements but hardly gets the success. Fortunately if our security get success then turn comes for our lawyer to prove the criminal’s crime. By the grace of god if lawyer get success and judge gives final hearing of like rigorous imprisonment or hang, still it is not easy to execute the punishment of hang them till president signs or cancels mercy petition. In today’s time final turn (of President’s role) is more difficult to pass. It is said that there are more than 200 petitions have been pending in queue for mercy petition. I think we should try & pass final turn first. We should go to the president first to ask for proceeding the case further and not last, rather to waste our time & energy, money for entire procedure. If President cancels the case in first attempt, then no need to go further to waste the entire efforts of our law system.

Friends for ever or divorcee in future.
Be it love marriage or arranged marriage, the divorce cases are increasing day by day. Agreed that , there is major ratio is of love marriage. As family court tries to avoid divorce between the couple, but hardly gets success. I think there should be guidelines for the couple that how to make successful marriage especially for love marriage couple. These guidelines should be given to the couple before the marriage and it should be by committee members of Govt. authority or any social group. A couple should be given guidelines just prior the registration of marriage. There should be compulsion to attend such class for guidelines for successful married life. The major coverage should be minus points of love marriage and reasons for divorce. All the points should be covered by the mentor in such way that both the partner should get lump sum idea that how to tackle the worst situation in life after marriage or they can ask themselves whether they can tackle the situation or not. Chances are there that due to some eye-opening guidelines best lovers may decide to be friends for ever rather to be divorcee in future.

Today “Bharat Ratna”, then “Paramveer Chakra”
Today “Bharat Ratna”, then “Paramveer Chakra”
Dilip Kumar the great actor, no body can beat him in tragic role, even in movie “Shakti” the tallest man failed to beat the height of acting of this tragic king. The Bolywood or the Govt. should or may announced any other award for this great actor, but I don’t think the “Bharat Ratna” award should be given to this actor just for the contribution to the Indian movie industries. Though in past the award had been given to those, who don’t fit for the definition, but they are respected celebrity in their field, but error can be modified and not make it continue. The highest civilian award “Bharat Ratna” should be given to those who has given tremendous contribution not only for progress of a nation but also tried to give the best services for the downtrodden class in our society. It doesn’t include only particular caste but for all human beings. The person who have devoted himself for the society without expecting any fame or defame, or just continuously worked for the betterment of the society in the field of education, cleanliness, honesty and played role in real life not reel life to give best result in the interest of common man & society. Tomorrow some class may wish to give “Ashok chakra” or Paramveer chakra”. I am not against the celebrity but against the wrong trend, which may set wrong example for the future.

The State Govt. has taken a wise decision to shut the school, colleges for a week. Though it would not weaken the attack of illness, but by the time Govt. can & should take required sufficient measure against the virus of swine flue to stop it. As it is said that the kids & old aged don’t have much immunity to fight against this dangerous virus. The cleanliness in the city & at each area should be given priority not only by the Govt., but all people should come together to save ourselves & our dear ones from this disease. As It is our mentality that we dig the well, when there is fire, but whatever better delay then never. At least a disease realize us what could be the result if we ignore the cleanliness and healthiness not only of our area but of our body too. Since last a decade we have spent our health to earn wealth and now the result is that we have to spent wealth to regain the health. The result is that now we have neither health nor wealth to fight against such disease & we get frightened. Our lame & helpless attitude forced to think about wait & watch policy towards the Govt. Raper feels female as wrapper
The rape cases have been increasing day by day and the accused we finds are mainly those on whom the women or girl trusts. The rape accused feels that the females are chocolates, just eat it & throw the wrapper. As we read the sign board of security measures at public places & even advertisement on TV to be alert citizen to fight against terrorism, on same way the time has come now we have to explain & enlightened the citizens how to behave with women & girl. What are the consequences we could face if we harass or exploit or cheat the female. We should list down the measures to be good men before the female. As we show unnecessary & illegal hoardings by political party as nuisance. I think the same party can use those hoardings to beware those accused who are thirsty wolf in the form of male in the cultured society. Inspite the increasing rape cases in the nation so far not a single political party come forward to condemn thus incidents & suggest the strict law for rape accused. I think all the female irrespective of any caste, should come together & ask the security & demand that the rape cases should be run in fast track court. Merely 33 % reservation in parliament would not assure the female in a security against 67 % male in Parliament.

“Justice delayed is justice denied”
In 26/11 case, on every cross verification of each eye witness we feel that now the case is as clear as water. Thus the there should not be delay on hearing of this case & the case gets adjournment till next procedure. It seems that Qasab’s case is like story of TV serial of K series. On each episode, we gets angry over the some vamp characters and some time on over some fool characters too. Same way, we also gets angry over the boring court procedure on the name of lawfully justice to the case. Each person is in favor of fast track court & the punishment to the 26/11 accused. Then why it happens? Why judges are ignoring the statement that “Justice delayed is justice denied”

Why I cant vote from Mumbai for Lucknow candidate, when Sanju can contest?
Being citizen of country we have right to contend as candidate from any of the constituency in India, but why we can not vote at any of the constituency we like? I think somewhere we go wrong either for candidature or for voter. It seems ridicules that the person stays in one constituency stands as candidate for other constituency. It is wrong practice & EC should modify that a candidate supposed to be the residence of the constituency or voter supposed to have right to vote at other constituency, simultaneously candidate supposed to fill the form why he wants to contest the election? What is primary motto?. The EC should not allowed any candidate who gives stale or baseless promise, which is absolutely not possible even by majority. The major qualification for candidature is that a candidate supposed to executed his or her voting rights at least for last election.

Honesty is the fool’s policy
Honesty is the best policy. We are honestly giving best treatment lawfully to the infamous terrorist Qasab. By spending lavishly on the security & on the name of lawful justice we are exhibiting our fool knowledge. After all to whom we are showing our “Insaaf Ka Tarazu” . Just imagine if Israel had captured such terrorist, would they give such royal & late treatment to the accused? We all countrymen are together to watch the punishment to Qasab, but as the case is running the villain may become hero or innocent person in future. I think it is better to relieve Qasab from the jail, rather than passing our security’s time, energy & money. By the way it is heard (?) that Police cant be the eyewitness for any criminal case, means some lobby deliberately trying to make Qasab’s case lame to free from the punishment.
