We should pass mercy petition first

I don’t know much about the other countries, but in our country it is very difficult to punish any criminal. On one hand, our security force tries to capture the anti-social elements but hardly gets the success. Fortunately if our security get success then turn comes for our lawyer to prove the criminal’s crime. By the grace of god if lawyer get success and judge gives final hearing of like rigorous imprisonment or hang, still it is not easy to execute the punishment of hang them till president signs or cancels mercy petition. In today’s time final turn (of President’s role) is more difficult to pass. It is said that there are more than 200 petitions have been pending in queue for mercy petition. I think we should try & pass final turn first. We should go to the president first to ask for proceeding the case further and not last, rather to waste our time & energy, money for entire procedure. If President cancels the case in first attempt, then no need to go further to waste the entire efforts of our law system.
