The rape cases have been increasing day by day and the accused we finds are mainly those on whom the women or girl trusts. The rape accused feels that the females are chocolates, just eat it & throw the wrapper. As we read the sign board of security measures at public places & even advertisement on TV to be alert citizen to fight against terrorism, on same way the time has come now we have to explain & enlightened the citizens how to behave with women & girl. What are the consequences we could face if we harass or exploit or cheat the female. We should list down the measures to be good men before the female. As we show unnecessary & illegal hoardings by political party as nuisance. I think the same party can use those hoardings to beware those accused who are thirsty wolf in the form of male in the cultured society. Inspite the increasing rape cases in the nation so far not a single political party come forward to condemn thus incidents & suggest the strict law for rape accused. I think all the female irrespective of any caste, should come together & ask the security & demand that the rape cases should be run in fast track court. Merely 33 % reservation in parliament would not assure the female in a security against 67 % male in Parliament.

“Justice delayed is justice denied”

In 26/11 case, on every cross verification of each eye witness we feel that now the case is as clear as water. Thus the there should not be delay on hearing of this case & the case gets adjournment till next procedure. It seems that Qasab’s case is like story of TV serial of K series. On each episode, we gets angry over the some vamp characters and some time on over some fool characters too. Same way, we also gets angry over the boring court procedure on the name of lawfully justice to the case. Each person is in favor of fast track court & the punishment to the 26/11 accused. Then why it happens? Why judges are ignoring the statement that “Justice delayed is justice denied”

Why I cant vote from Mumbai for Lucknow candidate, when Sanju can contest?

Being citizen of country we have right to contend as candidate from any of the constituency in India, but why we can not vote at any of the constituency we like? I think somewhere we go wrong either for candidature or for voter. It seems ridicules that the person stays in one constituency stands as candidate for other constituency. It is wrong practice & EC should modify that a candidate supposed to be the residence of the constituency or voter supposed to have right to vote at other constituency, simultaneously candidate supposed to fill the form why he wants to contest the election? What is primary motto?. The EC should not allowed any candidate who gives stale or baseless promise, which is absolutely not possible even by majority. The major qualification for candidature is that a candidate supposed to executed his or her voting rights at least for last election.
